چکیده
Bu makalenin amacı Tokat Ahi Paşa zaviyesinin vakfı ve arşiv kaynakları eşliğinde incelenmesidir. Bunun için şeriye sicilleri Cumhurbaşkanlığı Osmanlı arşivlerine bakılmış buradaki bilgiler değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca şehri özellikle zaviyesi ile ilgili eserler de ele alınarak buradan bir sonuca gidilmiştir. Mehmed Muhiddin Hicri 12 Ramazan 765/Miladi 6 Haziran 1364 tarihinde Merkez Hoca Cemaleddin Mahallesi’nde zaviye, mescit, iki hamam kendisi, ailesi mütevelliye mahsus haneden oluşan külliye vücuda getirmiştir. Külliye Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü arşivlerinde bazı belgeler tespit edilmiştir. külliyesi tek müstakil çalışma Mehmet Aykaç tarafından “Tokat Külliyesi XIX. Yüzyılda Ekonomik Yapısı” adı altında yazılan makaledir. Fakat burada Külliyesiyle alakalı olarak arşivindeki kayıtlara bakılmamış vesikalar değerlendirilmemiştir. hakkında yapılan araştırmada zaman içerisinde birçok gelirine el konulduğu olmaktan çıkıp sadece mescit hamamdan ibaret kaldığı anlaşılmıştır.
